Disturbing footage has been posted online showing an innocent disabled man being fatally hit by an unhinged hit-and-run driver who mounted a sidewalk in Far Rockaway Saturday morning.

The horrifying video, which was uploaded to Twitter Sunday, captures the irate driver plowing her 2019 black Honda Accord into the 59-year-old victim as he sits on a walker in front of a Rohan Deli, located at 601 Beach 20th Street.

The driver, the video shows, appears to be aiming the car at another woman with whom she had been brawling with outside the deli moments earlier.

The video shows the victim, Milton Storch, in his walker on the sidewalk at around 7:15 a.m. watching the fight between the two women unfold. The women can be seen punching each other as three men attempt to intervene.

The driver, who is dressed in neon green, then gets into the Honda, backs the car up onto the sidewalk, and then hits the gas. She drives the car forward along the sidewalk sending pedestrians running for safety.

However, Storch is unable to react in time and the front side of the Honda plows into his legs causing him to fall off his walker, the video shows. The Honda then drags Storch forward – sandwiching him against the front of the deli – before he appears to hit his head off the store door.

The driver then reverses the car back – brushing off a pedestrian — before fleeing the scene southbound on Beach 20th Street, according to police. She then made a right turn onto New Haven Avenue.

Storch, who lived on Collier Avenue, was transported by EMS to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital with severe injuries to his torso but could not be saved.

The video footage also shows the two women arguing inside the deli before the dispute spilled out onto the street. It is unclear what sparked the initial argument.

The video was uploaded by the Twitter user @Antman0704 and has more than 100,000 views.

Lee Zeldin, the Republican nominee in the New York governor’s race, retweeted the video and took aim at the city’s approach to crime.

“Violence on NYC streets keeps getting worse and worse with pro-criminal laws, lax DAs and Judges, and a refusal to back the blue,” Zeldin wrote on Twitter.

“The price paid yesterday included an innocent disabled man killed in Queens.”

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

Long Island woman convicted in Queens deed theft ring targeting elderly homeowners: AG

A Long Island woman was convicted by a jury in Queens Supreme Court on a slew of charges for her role in a notorious deed theft crew that targeted homes owned by vulnerable seniors in Southeast Queens, Attorney General Letitia James announced on Friday. Stacie Saunders, a former mortgage bank branch manager from Central Islip in Suffolk County, was found guilty on all charges following a two-week trial on Thursday, May 8.

The licensed real estate saleswoman is the fifth and final defendant to be convicted in the Office of the Attorney General’s (OAG) investigation into the deed theft ring led by fellow Long Islander Marcus Wilcher, of Bay Shore, for stealing three homes in Jamaica and St. Albans.
