Nov. 17, 2023 By Bill Parry A city Department of Education employee was arrested Thursday, Nov. 16, and charged with attempted kidnapping and other crimes for allegedly trying to abduct a 15-year-old girl who was walking to school in Cambria Heights on Nov. 15, according to authorities. Nov. 16, 2023 By Bill Parry A 15-year-old girl was nearly kidnapped while she walked to school in St. Albans on Wednesday, Nov. 15, according to authorities. Police from the 105th Precinct are on the lookout for the driver of a black SUV who was next to his vehicle at around 8:20 a.m. at the intersection of Francis Lewis Boulevard and 113th Road.
