Crook robs Ozone Park gas station at knifepoint: NYPD

Sep. 6, 2023 By Anthony Medina Police from the 102nd Precinct are searching for the crook who robbed a Ozone Park gas station at knifepoint and stole $2,000 last month Police say the crook displayed a knife after entering the Gulf Express gas station, located at 88-14 101 Ave., at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28. He then stole $2,000 from the cash register and fled the scene on foot. The two crooks were caught on camera as they cased the joint near the intersection of 93rd Avenue and 217th Street just before 6 p.m. The two men attempted to enter the residence but were thwarted from gaining entry and ran off empty-handed southbound on 217th Street toward Jamaica Avenue, police said.
